WVSA STATE CUP - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All WVSA State Cup teams are required to have picture of all coach's and players on the roster.

All player's MUST have a jersey #, including the goalie and all numbers MUST be different.

Payment of  $250.00 per team due: December 22, 2017
